The primary long-term problem in the Western Balkan region is the low level of employment, which is a consequence of the mismatched employment system according to modern market requirements. Кеу competencies, including entrepreneurship, are missing, which requires skills to be aligned with current
and future job opportunities, especially due to the changes brought by the 4th I ndustrial Revolution.

The project focuses on improving the key entrepreneurial competencies, skills, and employment potential of secondary vocational school students by developing new and innovative tools for vocational education and curriculum for entrepreneurial education while encouraging social intelligence.
